Carnegie Deli Vegas. It’s worth a visit.

The Carnegie Deli is a classic in Manhattan. One of the best Jewish delis around. I didn’t go to that one but they have one in the Mirage hotel in Vegas where I happened to be staying. It’s pretty good. I went 3 times for the Matzo Ball Soup. Excellent.

Vegas is a hell of a food town filled with Celebrity Chefs opening up restaurants on The Strip. In Caesar’s Palace Bobby Flay has Mesa Grill and it’s tasty. Lots of big flavor. This Goat Cheese Queso Fundido was really good.
