Asheville, North Carolina is a cool town and the West Asheville area is one of the coolest areas within. And on Haywood Rd., in a nondescript little white brick building that one would drive by without noticing, is The Admiral. The is one of my favorite joints anywhere in the country. I love the atmosphere, the service, the vibe, the craft cocktails and the food. Make a rezy because it is small and popular although if you are eating alone or with one other, the bar is walk-in and a lot of fun. The pictures below don’t do them justice but the Ribeye and Steak Tartare are out of this world! Enjoy. Everything is delicious.
