I don’t go out for breakfast much but when I do it better be good. Pig & A Jelly Jar in Salt Lake City is good. It is open for lunch and dinner too (Thus-Sun) but I can’t comment on that. But I loved my breakfast. Creole Pork Belly Benedict. Braised and shredded local pork belly, two poached eggs, with baked beans and kale, topped with tomato creole sauce, served over two biscuits with a side of breakfast potatoes. Excellent and this little joint has a nice vibe.
