I love this place. Pasqual’s has been in Santa Fe forever and it is always good whether you are going for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We went for dinner and the food was excellent but that is only half of it. The vibe is amazing. It’s a tiny joint with a community table in the middle and the place is always filled with cool, interesting people. I had the Cactus Salad and the COCHINITA PIBIL ~ YUCATAN STYLE ~ Becker Lane Organic Pork, Slow Cooked in Banana Leaf, with Achiote, Citrus, Calabacitas, Habanero~Marinated Onions, Fried Plantains. Anything that is slow cooked in a banana leaf I am going to get. Yum! They are also famous for their STELLAR QUINOA BURGER ~ Minced Portobello Mushrooms, Sweet Potato, Zucchini, Tomato Chutney, Fried Shallots, English Muffin or Gluten-Free Multi-Seed English Muffin Guacamole, Field Greens Salad ~ Balsamic Vinaigrette.
